Front Cover : A bottom‐up supramolecular approach capitalizing on the biotin‐avidin interaction was used to fabricate supramolecular fusion toxins. The method not only allow the precise assembly with modular features but also redirect the cell entry of a native toxin and circumvent its low uptake into epithelial cell lines.
