Ross, and coworkers report the synthesis of a 10.5 kDa and a 52.5 kDa polymer, based on pHPMA functionalized with tyramine for 18 F‐labeling and a folate derivative as targeting moiety. The cover image depicts the synthesis, radiolabeling, and the successful application of the active targeting approach in tumor bearing rats using the 18 F‐labeled folate‐HPMA conjugates. The conjugation of folate results in an increased tumor accumulation compared to non‐targetedpolymers.
