Back Cover: The smart reversible biomembrane adhesive polymer poly(Choline Phosphate‐EO 4 ‐Methacrylate) binds to any mammalian cell. Binding causing red cell aggregation which reverses above the lower critical solution temperature of ≈32°C, is presented by Donald E. Brooks and team on page 334 . Synthesis by atom transfer radical polymerization allows the polymer to be utilized for applications requiring cellular immobilization for device and process bioengineering.
