Front Cover: Microcultures are arrayed on standard cell culture dishes by three dimensional poly(ethylene glycol)‐dimethacrylate (PEG‐DMA) microstructures. Lift‐off produces freely growing cell patches, whose proliferation and migration can be observed over time.
