Cover: A two‐step surface‐initiated polymerization of 2‐oxazolines yields defined polymer bottle‐brush brush coatings. Variation of the side chain length, hydrophilicity of the side chain polymer and polarity of the terminal groups results in a fine‐tuning of the bioadhesion.
