Cover: The two left pictures show uniform stereocomplex microparticles of stereo multiblock copoly( rac ‐lactide)s with different stereoregularity (88 and 82%, respectively). They are prepared by precipitating the polymers from their solvent/non‐solvent mixtures. The corresponding insulin loaded particles are shown on the right side. The shape and the particle size of the microparticles strongly depend on the stereoregularity of the polymer as well as the insulin loading. Further details can be found in the Full Paper by J.
