To drive organizational change that is “wildly successful,” leaders should look beyond change management and project management, the authors say. They explain why “conscious change leadership” is the answer. They guide readers to understanding change within three focus areas: content, people, and process. Furthermore, there are three types of change facing today's leaders: developmental, transitional, and transformational. Strategies are presented for how to consciously navigate transformational change. This is important, because “your success will be in direct correlation to your level of awareness and worldview.”
