Today's organizations need what Blake refers to as “impacters” who “are compelled to make a difference in others' lives. They long to be innovative, to come up with new ideas and build movements around them.” Although financial security is important to them, they aim more for “high net growth” than “high net worth.” Blake provides ideas for internal managing, learning, mentoring, and coaching, with a strong background of communication and meaningful conversations. “Do not wait until you have the perfect solution to try something that sounds interesting; you will probably never feel like you have enough time, budget, or resources,” she writes.
