Messianu describes himself as a “writer by conviction and a brand builder by definition, and I am a passionate believer that creativity is the most powerful force in business.” His field is advertising, but his core leadership principles apply across the board, such as establishing a vision, leading by example, empowering your people, recognizing that you are not perfect, staying current, staying humble, and giving back to your industry and community. Successful leaders are driven by high‐level passions and goals, and his is to elevate the image of Hispanics in the United States, particularly in the advertising world.
