In article number 2000092, Bo Wang, Tian Chen, and Xiangdong Zhang have experimentally observed new topological edge states which are protected by Hermitian conjugation of particle–hole symmetry in non‐Hermitian quantum walks. These edge states are robust against static perturbations and disorder. Even though the dissipation cannot be avoided in the system, the localized probability at the boundary induced by these edge states can be amplified during the evolution.
