Photostimulation In article number 1700137 , Minglie Hu, Hao He, and co‐workers demonstrate that a single‐time short flash of femtosecond‐laser stimulation on any target cells can activate the extracellular signal‐regulated kinase (ERK) signaling pathway directly, without any optogenetics or exogenous materials. This optical activation is non‐invasive, controllable, and precise in both spatial and temporal dimensions.
