Through a suitable design, the intricate nature of multiple photon scattering in a nano‐patterned structure is described by the archetypal model of the quantum harmonic oscillator. An effective harmonic potential confines the light in spectrally equi‐spaced resonances with Hermite‐Gauss envelopes. Extremely strong nonlinear interactions and ultra‐low power threshold for parametric oscillation are predicted, owing to the very small size of the resonator.
