An image of an apparatus for self‐referenced waveform measurement. A second harmonic generation frequency‐resolved optical gating spectrogram and interferogram between the second harmonic and self‐diffraction signals were simultaneously recorded, and the complete electric field evolution of a few‐cycle pulse was reconstructed.
