Submucous resection with powered instrumentation (SRPI) is an effective surgical method to achieve inferior turbinate (IT) reduction with minimal morbidity. We describe a series of two cases of capillary hemangioma (pyogenic granuloma) that developed in the posterior third of the IT as a late complication after SRPI. Laryngoscope , 125:2653–2655, 2015
