This case report describes the presentation and management of a rare complication of pseudoaneurysm of the superior thyroid artery following tracheostomy. The majority of post‐tracheostomy bleeding is managed either with packing or surgical re‐exploration. However, angiography can pinpoint an arterial source of bleeding and allow the surgeon to address it via either a traditional open surgical approach or with minimally invasive endovascular embolization.
