Primary cutaneous mucinous adenocarcinoma is a rare sweat gland malignancy that most commonly occurs in the head and neck region. The histopathological similarities between primary cutaneous and metastasis from primary visceral tumors allow for both an interesting diagnostic dilemma as well as important management considerations with these patients.
