Figure 1: Axial CT scan with contrast demonstrating the supraglottic lesion bilaterally A 74 old female presented for initial evaluation of prolonged hoarseness and worsening vocal fatigue. She reported the hoarseness being gradual in onset over the previous 2 years and worsening over the prior 2 months. She had no respiratory distress, hemoptysis, weight loss or other symptoms. She was a non-smoker and non-drinker.
