DOI: 10.1002/jssc.202100066 The cover picture shows a schematic diagram of a liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry method for analyzing microsomal and soluble epoxide hydrolase in rat heart, kidney, and liver S9 samples. Protein quantification was realized through targeted proteomics for the determination of trypsin‐specific surrogate peptides after digestion. A multiple reaction monitoring method in a positive ionization mode was used for the simultaneous detection of the peptides. The validated proteomics method is accurate, rapid, and sensitive and can be applied for the efficient and simultaneous determination of the two enzymes compared to antibody‐based assays.
