DOI: 10.1002/jssc.202100091 The cover picture shows an efficient analytical method for simultaneous determination of 26 steroid hormones in human serum and plasma samples. Steroid hormones were isolated using Oasis PRiME HLB μElution 96‐well plate and subsequently analyzed by liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry. Chromatographic condition and sample preparation were optimized to achieve the optimal sensitivity. This method had been successfully applied to the analysis of clinical samples with simple operation, high sensitivity, good accuracy and high throughput, would provide a reference for the clinical determination of steroid hormones content.
