DOI: 10.1002/jssc.202000498 The cover picture shows Taohong Siwu Decoction (THSWD), a classic Chinese medicine prescription for treatment of the cerebral ischemia and gynecological diseases. UHPLC‐Q‐TOF‐MS was used to analyze the active components and metabolites of THSWD absorbed into the blood and the brain with the SD rat chosen as the research model. We identified 39 active compounds and 90 metabolites in the blood and brain by comparing retention times, accurate masses, fragmentation patterns, and literature data. M66, M90 and M73 were chosen as representatives to analyze the metabolism of the effective ingredients in THSWD in the body.
