DOI: 10.1002/jssc.202000085 The cover picture shows the importance of the supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) method for fast and efficient chiral separations. An extensive screening of CO 2 based mobile phases comparing a variety of modifiers/additives has been carried out using cellulose and amylose chiral stationary phases with the tris(3,5‐dimethylphenylcarbamate) moiety. Combined additives in methanol or isopropanol have shown the best potential for SFC chiral separations. The evaluation of the same stationary phases from different manufacturers has shown an important degree of non‐equivalence.
