J. Sep. Sci. 2018, 41 , 2003–2011 DOI: 10.1002//jssc.201700995 The cover picture shows the speculated mechanism of the interactions between the sialylated N‐glycans and the customized material named dextran–bonded silica during enrichment procedure. The hydrophilic and ion‐exchange interactions derived from the bonded dextran and the residual amino groups endow the material with high selectivity and coverage for acidic glycans and glycopeptides, which is very advantageous to their MS analysis.
