This is of great importance as the role of tocopherol isomers and their relation to many diseases are not sufficiently clarified yet. The miniaturised and fast sample preparation procedure based on Eppendorf test tubes in combination with UHPLC technique using new generation of pentafluorophenyl propyl core‐shell stationary phase makes the method suitable for large series of samples typical in routine practice or clinical research.
