Metastases to the corpora cavernosa from transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder

A case of penile metastases secondary to transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder is reported. The patient was treated with chemotherapy and had the longest survival ever reported for this conditon: 20 months; this compares favorably with the 4‐month average survival of patients treated by surgery and/or radiotherapy.
