Mesonephric adenocarcinoma of the urinary bladder is an extremely rare tumor and appears to arise from the embryonic cell rests in the bladder. The case herein described was a patient with mesonephric adenocarcinoma, confirmed by autopsy to originate from the bladder, and with this paper, seems to be only the third case of such tumor in the literature.
