Adrenal hemangiomas are rare tumors that pose difficult diagnostic chal lenges. A report of a giant cavernous hemangioma of the adrenal gland is presented. A review of the literature reveals features of this tumor that aid in understanding its characteristics and facilitate its diagnosis.
