A case report of recurrent, migratory thrombophlebitis associated with lung cancer is presented. A detailed review of the pathophysiology of recurrent thrombophlebitis with lung cancer is done. The clinical implications and the need for an aggressive search for a primary lung tumor in patients presenting with this complication are stressed.
