An improved technique for exposing a lymph vessel prior to cannulation is introduced. This involves one clean incision and minimal dissection. Utilizing this technique, a vessel can be exposed within a minute. Damage to the skin and subcutaneous tissue is minimal. Leaking and procedure failures are rare. Fast healing occurs due to minimal incision length and trauma.
