A retrospective analysis of 80 cases of seminomas treated at the University of Louisville Radiation Center from 1958 to 1979 has been done. Eight cases have been treated with a diagnosis of anaplastic seminoma. This study is a review of the eight cases, along with a review of literature, regarding the prognosis and management of anaplastic seminoma.
