Experimental tumor immunotherapy using syngeneic histiocytes and tumor tRNA was carried out on MOPC 315 transplantable myeloma of BALB/cCR mouse. Syngeneic histiocyte‐tumor tRNA complex demonstrated strong cytotoxic effects against MOPC 315 cells in vitro. Administration of this complex resulted in prolongation of survival in the tumor‐bearing mice. Injection of syngeneic tumor tRNA alone apparently caused tumor growth enhancement.
