A case of synovial sarcoma with multiple metastatic lesions is presented. Histopathological analysis of the primary and metastatic lesions showed an evolution toward a spindle cell sarcoma. The exquisite tenderness and size of the metastatic masses responded slowly to relatively intense doses of radiations.
