Laparoscopic adrenalectomy contributed significantly to reduction of morbidity and improvement of postoperative patient recovery time. The adoption of this technique had substantial impact on the management of adrenal incidentalomas. Although laparoscopic adrenalectomy should be in general avoided for known primary adrenal cancers, it is appropriate for metastasectomy of isolated adrenal metastatic disease. J. Surg.
