Food group symposium short paper reading meeting

Abstract The following are summaries of papers presented at a meeting organised by the Food Group in conjunction with the Institute of Food Science and Technology, the British Section of the Institute of Food Technologists and the Food Science Society of the University of Nottingham. It was held on 19 November 1980 at the School of Agriculture, University of Nottingham, Sutton Bonnington, Loughborough, Leics. The papers so published are entirely the responsibility of the authors and in no way reflect the views of the Editorial Board of the Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture .
