Hiptage madablota seed kernels yield a pale yellow oil (67·0%) which is rich in ricinoleic acid (70·0%). The seed oil also contains the following acids: caprylic, capric, myristic, palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic, arachidic and behenic.
