Effect of 2‐chloroethyl trimethylammonium chloride on the progenies of treated wheat ( Triticum aestivum ) plants

Up to 50 ppm 2‐chloroethyl trimethylammonium chloride (CCC) were found in the seeds of wheat plants which had been sprayed with CCC during their post‐heading period. Plants grown from these seeds performed similarly to plants treated directly with CCC.
