The protein quality of a wide range of common protein foods has been investigated by means of chemical, biological and microbiological tests. B vitamin contents have also been determined in some materials. Results for a large range of meat meals, whalemeat meals, fish meals and miscellaneous samples are presented and discussed in separate sections, and attention drawn to the existence of certain corelations.
