Abstract Based on the work on antitoxic plasma described in Part I, a study has been made of the conditions under which whole blood from hyperimmunized horses can be purified. From the information obtained a simple process, applicable to all antibodies, for the production in high yield of purified and concentrated antibodies direct from whole blood has been evolved and is described.
