Two series of monotailed and bolaphiles surfactants having quaternary ammonium bromide polar head have been synthesized and characterized. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the synthesized cationic surfactants was determined by conductimetric method. According to CMC values, the increase in alkyl chain length leads to a decrease in CMC and the bola‐type exhibits a higher CMC than their counterpart's monotailed.
