New ways of helping graduates in China to become more entrepreneurial are being established. Innovation and entrepreneurship are crucial for China to move up the value chain. Entrepreneurship in some provinces has more drawbacks due to varying levels of infrastructure provision. Much can be learnt from current experiments taking place across the country that have often been linked to various forms of taxation incentive.
