Graphene oxide (GO) enhanced textiles were studied using Raman spectroscopy. Compared with regular textiles, GO‐enhanced textiles show GO's signature D and G peaks at 1,350 and 1,580 cm −1 ; they also show GO's harmonics peaks at 2,690 and 2,925 cm −1 . The intensity of GO's signature peaks has linear correlation with GO's percentage in weight. A principal component analysis (PCA) and support vector machine (SVM) model are used to classify textile samples with 98.75% accuracy.
