Two new broad and strong Raman bands in the surface‐enhanced Raman spectrum of pyridine adsorbed on colloidal silver particles were observed, one near 612 cm −1 and the other near 924 cm −1 . It is concluded that these bands are caused by a boron compound in silver sol.
