The Fermi doublet ν 1 –2ν 2 in the Raman spectrum of liquid CS 2 at 22 °C and in the pressure range 1 bar–10 kbar was studied by the solvent variation method and the modified Winther method. The values of the parameters W 122 and K 122 are discussed and compared with values reported in the literature.
