A simple, small‐volume, anaerobic spectroelectrochemical cell for surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) has been developed which incorporates a large surface area rotating cylindrical electrode design. The cell has been demonstrated to be effective in minimizing photoreduction of light‐sensitive Mn III protoporphyrin.
