The Raman spectrum of trigonal (NH 4 ) 2 TiF 6 between room temperature and 10 K has been measured in the lattice region of the spectrum. All the four modes predicted by group theory have been observed and tentative assignments are proposed. No phase transition has been observed down to the lowest temperatures.
