Vibrational and reorientational relaxation have been studied in rotator phase perfluorocyclohexane using Raman line‐shape analysis. Two totally symmetric bands were investigated in the temperature range from 170 to 300 K. The results were compared with the predictions of the Kubo stochastic line‐shape theory. Activation enthalpies for molecular reorientation were consistent with previous NMR results.
