Several rotation‐vibrational bands of gaseous allene‐1,1‐ d 2 have been studied by Raman spectroscopy and a number of molecular constants are obtained including the ground state constants A 0 B̄ 0 = 2.9520 ± 0.0019 cm −1 and D K = (3.3 ± 0.6) × 10 5 cm −1 . A reassignment of the CD‐stretching vibrations ν 5 and ν 12 is proposed.
