Some chemical Aspects of hydrolytic Decomposition of Urea‐Formaldehyde condensates with fertilizing Effect Model investigations have been made on the hydrolysis of urea‐formaldehyde condensates with properties of slowly effective fertilizers. The properties of common urea‐form have been compared with those of ureaform preparations enriched with the trace elements cobalt and copper. Data show that with hydrolysis all polycondensates' links are being attacked as depending on the medium pH and amide compounds with shorter chains are being predominantly obtained. Urea is a part of them.
