Gülle samples were unstable during both storage and experimentation. Phosphate concentrations in solution decreased quite sharply during the first month of storage at either 4°C or laboratory temperature, and thereafter continued to decrease at a slower rate until pseudoequilibrium was reached after 80–100 days.
