Traditional corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts have often been criticized for a lack of integration into core business processes, leading some organizations to seek CSR strategies that align profitability with social value. According to Mandalah, a global social consulting firm based in São Paulo, Brazil, introducing systems thinking with a focus on CSR into business models can drive economic success.
