Two dimensional gel electrophoresis of heparin‐bound proteins from Chlamydomonas reinhardtii . Proteins were extracted from cells harvested during night‐phase and subjected to heparin‐affinity chromatography. Proteins with a high affinity to heparin were eluted and applied to two‐dimensional gel electrophoresis.
